SPECIAL OLYMPICS
Every day, Special Olympics events are transforming the lives of millions of individuals with intellectual disabilities both on and off the playing field. Special Olympics supports over 5 million athletes, unified partners, coaches and volunteers with 32 Olympic-type sports. The Special Olympics shares in our mission of unleashing leadership potential in people of all abilities.
Special Olympics called in early 2010, looking for a place to call home for its basketball and volleyball participants as they no longer had a facility they could use. IYAF has been home to Special Olympics ever since. It has been an honor and a privilege to host Special Olympics and its participants in our facility. We open our facility to them on Wednesday nights from mid-August to mid-March. We have also helped in providing coaches and staff; sending All Iowa Attack players to help coach the athletes. Special Olympics provides IYAF a great opportunity to give back and make friends with some amazing athletes and people.
IT'S HER SHOT BASKETBALL CAMP
We are proud to partner with DICK’S Sporting Goods and Nike EYBL on the It’s Her Shot initiative, bringing high-impact basketball clinics to Colorado, Iowa, Florida, Pennsylvania, Texas, and California. It’s Her Shot, is a day of free basketball skills clinics, games, and more for girls ages 8-18. All are welcome!
These clinics are designed to uplift and empower young female athletes through skill development, mentorship, and community engagement. These clinics are completely free to attend and participants will receive clinic shirts, backpacks, and other giveaways. This national platform empowers athletes to lead with purpose, inspire the next generation, and make a lasting impact in their local communities.

SUMMER CAMPS
All Iowa Attack Summer Camp is a free camp run throughout the month of June in Waukee, Iowa at the IYAF Sports Complex, put on by the Iowa Youth Athletic Foundation. This camp is for K-6th grade boys and girls of all skill levels, featuring skills and drills taught by All Iowa Attack coaches. Summer camp runs for four weeks with camp twice a week in 2 hour sessions.
Summer Camp has been a great way for IYAF to give back to the same community we are proud to be apart of. IYAF hopes to continue to positively affect both young athletes and the game of basketball in Iowa for years to come.
GIVE N' GO
TOURNAMENT
In partnership with Attack Tournaments, the Iowa Youth Athletic Foundation puts on an annual Give N’ Go Tournament. This tournament is our version of a Christmas toy drive with the mission of serving hope to children at Christmas time. The Give N’ Go tournament relies on the generosity of attendees. IYAF asks that attendees bring one or multiple toys to help in our fundraising efforts.
The Give N’ Go Tournament is not only a great way to give back, but teaches athletes the importance of giving back to their communities. Help us spread joy this holiday season by giving to children in need.
